At SoapTopper.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction matters to us and we want to make sure you're happy with every order.

Returns Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic-grade soap embellishments), we are unable to accept returns on opened packages. If your package arrives unopened and you'd like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soapsprinklesfl@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
